All Cairns departures - Check-in & depart through the Skytrans General Aviation terminal, Bush Pilot’s Av. Cairns.
Townsville to Cairns departures- check-in & depart through the domestic terminal from Monday through to Saturday. Sunday flights departing to Cairns however depart from the General Aviation terminal.
Townsville to Palm Island departures – check-in & depart through the Skytrans General Aviation terminal, Gypsy Moth Court Townsville.

Minimum Check-in Time
Minimum Check In Time:
You must check in NO LATER THAN 30 minutes (60 minutes at Coen and 45 minutes at Cooktown) prior to the scheduled departure time. You will not be able to check in after this time as the flight will be closed.

Cairns to Townsville and return – 24kg
Cairns to Cooktown and return – 24kg
Cairns to all other destinations and return – 20kg
The above allowance includes all cabin luggage. Dependent on the aircraft type a maximum of 6kg can be carried as cabin baggage (dependent on dimensions)
Excess bags will be charged at the excess bag rate applicable for each route, however, excess bags cannot be guaranteed to travel on the same flight.
