** Please be aware that every effort is made to keep the flight schedule up to date but in some instances the information provided may be out of date. Please use the booking engine to find flights not listed in the schedule or check your flight itinerary to verify flight times.
Where to Check In
All Cairns departures — check-in and depart through the Cairns domestic terminal.
All Brisbane departures — check-in at the Brisbane domestic terminal. The counter is located behind the Jetstar desk.
All Burketown departures — check-in at the Burke Shire Council office, Musgrave Street.
All other ports — check-in at the port of departure as stated on your ticket.
Minimum Check In Time
Passengers are required to check in at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time except as listed below. Check in will close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time except as listed below. You will not be able to check in after this time. Failure to check in for the flight by this deadline, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will result in loss of the fare with all fare types except Sky Flex (fully flexible).
Exceptions due to the proximity of the check in facilities and the local conditions:
- Burketown Check in closes 60 minutes prior to departure
- Coen Check in closes 60 minutes prior to departure
- Edward River Check in closes 45 minutes prior to departure
You should ensure that you:
- have checked in by the check-in deadline in order to complete all departure formalities, and
- are at the boarding gate by no later than the time specified to you at check-in

The above allowance includes all cabin luggage. Dependent on the aircraft type a maximum of 6kg can be carried on-board as cabin baggage (dependent on dimensions)
Excess bags will be charged at the excess bag rate applicable for each route. However, excess bags cannot be guaranteed to travel on the same flight.
